Registration: Once you complete your payment an email will be sent to you containing your
Assessment Link- DO NOT DELETE your email with the link.
Click the link and do the assessment (it will take up to 2 hours and can be done on your phone or computer).
A clinician will call you to complete your report. IF YOU FAIL TO complete the interview with the clinician after 2 attempts to schedule, the file will be closed and no refund will be issued.
