1. Use of Services
Discovery provides alcohol and drug education, treatment, and support services. By using this website or registering for services, you agree to use our services for lawful purposes only.
2. Program Registration and Payment

All clients must register and pay for services in advance unless otherwise stated.

Program availability is not guaranteed until registration and payment are completed.

Payment plans may be available for certain programs and require a signed agreement.

3. Attendance and Participation
Clients are responsible for attending all scheduled sessions and meeting program requirements.
Attendance policies include:

DWI Education: No absences allowed

DWI Intervention: 1 excused absence allowed, $20 fee

IOP: 2 excused absences allowed, $30 fee per missed session

SOP: 2 excused absences allowed, $30 fee per missed session
-
T4C: No absences allowed
Failure to meet attendance requirements may result in dismissal or the need to restart the program.
4. Program Completion
Clients must complete all required coursework, sessions, and participation standards to receive certificates or documentation of completion.
5. Refund Policy
All payments are subject to Discovery’s refund policy. Fees may be non-refundable once services have begun. Please contact the office for specific details regarding your program.

Clients agree to:

Maintain respectful behavior toward staff and other participants
Discovery reserves the right to deny or discontinue services for non-compliance.
